ORDERING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

Order and pay online using your credit card via Paypal. YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT in order to purchase items via Paypal check-out. Just follow the prompts on the Paypal screens for paying by credit card (ignore requests for login and look for "pay by credit card," "continue without login" and similar prompts elsewhere on the screen).

Pay by check by emailing your order to alisa@alisaaronsondesign.com listing names of items, quantities of each item desired, and the shipping address. You will receive notification via email of your total amount. Your check must be received and cleared before your order can be processed.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES

Shipping costs are calculated by merchandise total exclusive of sales tax.

Merchandise totals:
• up to $15.00=$4.00
• $15.01 to $50.00=$7.00
• $50.01 to $75=$9.00
• $75.01 to $100=$11.00
• $100.01 or more=$13.00

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Orders of less than 1 lb. are shipped vis U.S. Postal Service First Class. All other orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.

PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIME

Standard turn-around time is 3-4 days* from date of order.

SALES TAX

6.25% Massachusetts sales tax on all orders (no tax on shipping).

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied you may return merchandise for a refund of the total charge less shipping/handling costs. Returns must be received within two weeks of when the items were received.
